There is a wayspot nearby that is of some art on a public utility closet. On it’s featured/first image it is clear that a dog peed on it. There’s several other photos on the wayspot that do not have this issue.
Is there any way to report the current picture of a wayspot as inappropriate? Or alternatively to request a “secondary” become the main one as a wayfarer edit?

If there is a secondary, eligible photo in the Wayspot, you can report ineligible photo in the Help chat. Go to wayfarer interface and press the help option, a message option appear in the bottom right.
Press Wayspot Edits → Photo Issue and provide information and the problem with the photo.
A human will review the report for you.
P/s: You might need to take photo for that wayspot(If there is no second one).
Are you saying there is real dog in the photo? You can ask for the particular photo to be removed
