This is coming from a dog lover. Also my in game report was rejected.
Pets simply don’t belong in Wayspot photos. This is the cover photo mind you of an active Wayspot.
Niantic are extremely reluctant to remove the only photo from a wayspot, even if it is completely ineligible (e.g., contains a licence plate or people’s faces).
This wayspot has a second photo, so this photo really should be removed. Hopefully Niantic take a second look.
Help Chat might remove it. Although I have been told by help chat that I should report it through the game next time (but they did it for me).
I have never been told that I should report a photo through the game. How would one even do that?
That’s a great question since it was back when I only played Ingress and they told me to report it through Pokemon Go.
I was reporting abusive content since what I saw was a clear identifying signature in the photo.
This has another photo in the rotation.
When I was at the stop I reported for abusive content. They didn’t believe me and now it stands.
Hi, as already mentioned to you on WDD, you should not submit reports for the wayspot when what you want to do is to remove an abusive photo.
Therefore this takedown request is incorrect and will be moved to General Discussion .
I suggest using help chat or the abuse form under the “photos” rubric and clearly explaining what you are asking for. It’ll work much better. Good luck 
Where is the photos rubric? When I visit a Wayspot I only see one form to report the Wayspot. When I go to Help Chat they often direct me to a Remove Pokestop form.
There isn’t one in-game. You need to use the Wayfarer help chat on the Wayfarer website (Help tab then orange chat bubble, for example Report Abuse → Photo Issues), or the abuse form here: Reporting Abuse in Wayfarer — Wayfarer Help Center
