My personal view on that is:
With the currently given rules a POI on a sign eligible.
A sign could be the anchor for the object or representing itselves.
If a sign is accepted as a POI (on it’s own):
- any move away from that object isn’t eligible
- you won’t get it removed (doesn’t meet removal criteria)
If a sign is accepted as a POI (as an anchor):
- any move away from that object isn’t eligible (because it is already on the correct anchor point)
- you won’t get it removed (doesn’t meet removal criteria)
This case feels similar to that former one
