My Pokestop was approved in August. It’s a Free Little Library, hand painted to honor our grandson.
And as of yesterday it’s missing?? I had a hard time getting approved, so this is heartbreaking it’s missing.

Hello and welcome,
Are you willing to share the location of the Wayspot? This will help us better understand why it may have been removed, especially as many LFLs are on single family private residential property, or PRP, and PRP locations are ineligible.
Just as a reference, this is the same LFL that was discussed here:
Of course I will, and I went through a lot of trouble getting it approved due to that. Google had coordinates off on our property, due to county changes etc. during my process of appealing I also submitted info Google maps for correction. I’m worried there updated messed up my location of the library
(47.1435000, -122.4210278)
Ah, I see. It was noted that it was placed in front of their property, so I’m taking it was removed for being on PRP.
It’s still PRP, and PRP locations are ineligible. There’s no way of getting around this, even if you are the property owner. I’m sorry, but it most likely will not be restored.
It’s my property it’s next too. Obviously I have l no issues La
And it’s not physically on our property. On county easement.
Again, still inelgiible, even if you are the home owner. Wayfarer doesn’t make any exceptions to this.
If you really want this LFL to be a Wayspot, you may want to consider working with a local park, business, church, or other eligible location to have it put up at their location.
Yes I finally got it approved.
I appreciate you have tried to create this. However there are no exceptions and they won’t consider allowing a LFL on the property . Giving permission doesn’t make a difference. Hard though it may seem you are going to have to accept that.
It’s not on our property. It’s on walk route for the community. It’s not gated.
But not on PP
Per the PRP criteria clarification, even if it’s on a sidewalk, it’s ineligible.
Just looking at this on Google Maps, I would have rejected this for being on PRP, regardless of it being next to the sidewalk, as move LFLs on PRPs are. Again, sorry, but this most likely won’t be restored at this location.
I’m just stating that meaning. I don’t know what I’m trying to say really upset. I’ve been to pokestops that are physically on private property and even gated property. This stop was available to the pubic with no restrictions. And was loved so much by our community.
You can’t base new nominations on what is currently in-game. Criteria does change from time to time, but at the time you were trying to get this approved, you were told it was most likely ineligible. It’s right next to the fence of your property, so that does say to me that it’s on PRP, not on public property.
Yes, I understand your frustration, as it’s honoring your grandson. However, Wayfarer takes a hard stance against Wayspots being on PRP.
It’s understandable that you are upset. But this is just not going to work. I am going to close this topic because there is nothing more that can be said or done. It is best to accept the situation upsetting though it is.
Thanks for closing the discussion. Without letting me respond. The photo you showed was 12 years old.
The property line goes back now. I had county come out to mark where I could place it.
And to say I have to accept this! Well I’m sorry, I had a huge loss, and this meant a lot. I had to more to say explain, there was different coordinates listed. Vs what where it actually was.
I have reviewed the rules, it’s a perfect place for one compared to others I’ve seen. It was already approved. In correct location. I’m guessing Google finally corrected my submission. Which moved the stop.
All LFL are place adjacent, near or on private property. And they do get approved, if it followed other rules
According rules it should have public access which it does. Safe to access walking,
No restrictions, which is does not. Encourage walking or meeting which it does.
I know it seems personal, but it is. I lost my grandson, and this meant so much to our family. Is little sisters started playing. They think Caiden can play Pokemon in
