Seating benches at typically ineligible, unless they are of a unique design or at a scenic viewpoint (buildings usually are not considered scenic viewpoints), and that’s most likely what ML is seeing, not the arch for the garden. More info can be found here:

Memorial benches can only be eligible under the criteria for exploration if they are dedicated to a notable figure and that notability is described in the nomination. Mass produced memorial benches dedicated to friends and family are not eligible unless the nominator provides evidence of the individual’s importance to the community. So, you really need to focus on the arch instead of the bench in the photo. You also need to include the arch in the supporting photo; the supporting photo should include the POI with the surrounding area, not just the surrounding area.

Also, the address on the map made this a little hard to find, so for anyone else wanting to take a look, it’s at 45.79385919382719, 4.828228310060356. This may also be a hard sell to get passed ML and into community review.
