There is not set amount of time as it depends on several factors. How many reviewers in the area etc…
It can also be slower for nominations that aren’t obvious Accept / Reject as some reviewers may decide to Skip.

The time can really vary for a decision on a nomination. It can depend on where you are and how many reviewers are in the area. It can also depend on how strong the nomination is.
You could choose to use an upgrade to expand the reviewer pool. This can speed up a decision.

My personal experience has been 2-7 days. But all of mine have been in a major metro area, and I’ve noticed that the ones out toward the edge of the suburbs are usually the slow ones.
