My pokestop nomination just got accepted today and I was just wondering when it will be visible and accessible within the game? It should be near within my character range. Thanks.
Hi, welcome! It’s not really possible to tell you if it’s going to appear at all just looking at this screenshot. Could you please share the coordinates of the nomination (the numbers visible in the email you received when you first submitted it)?
To expand on the above.
If your waypoint occupies the same S2 L17 cell then it wont appear in Pokemon Go.

If it is in own cell then you need to give it up to 48 hours.

As of May 23, 2025 when our map (based on Ingress) stopped updating, it is likely to appear in PGo. If something else was accepted in that cell since, we have no way of knowing remotely.

There is usually a sync adding new Pokestops or gyms - if they are eligible - about 3.5-4 hours from now each day. Check around that time. It can sometimes be skipped, but if a few days go by, it may not be eligible.

If it havent appear, it probably wont. Most common explanation is that wayspot is accepted inside cell that already have another wayspot.. only 1 wayspot can appear as pokestop/gym in one cell. But since ingress and pogo have split, we dont have map for viewing anymore.
The most accurate way of checking is by going onsite and check submission page. You need to compare which wayspot in map to s2 cells and check if your submission is there or no.
If your submission is gone or inside empty cell but doesnt appear, it probably got reported for removal
Checking the coordinates you provided and comparing them with data listed on Campfire, it’s very likely that it’s in the same cell as an existing Pokéstop. I’m not sure what the existing Pokéstop is actually called, but it does have a Route called “Country Club Loop” associated with it.
The existing Pokéstop also seems to be placed right in the middle of a tennis court, which is not an ideal placement as it will interfere with people playing tennis.
