I did a pokestop proposition directly in PokemonGo, but i still don’t sed it appearing on the game map. It’s been 4 days now it has been approved.
Anyone know when it will appear ?

Hmm i read the whole thing but i’m not sure i fully understand.
There is only one pokestop where i made my suggestion which is on the other side of the road so i’m not sure if the distance requirement is met.

Simple Version… (as much as I can)
The map is cut in to Cells Called S2.
L17 cells (small) and L14 cells (large). Each L14 cell contains 64 L17 cells in a 8x8 grid.
Each L17 cell can only contain 1 Pokestop or Gym.
Gyms are created when a set number of L17 cells in each L14 cell are occupied.
2 Occupied Cells = 1 Pokestop + 1 Gym
6 Occupied Cells = 4 Pokestops + 2 Gyms
20 Occupied Cells = 17 Pokestops + 3 Gyms
I have added a random map below with the cells shown…
The blue circles are Pokestops
The Red Circles are Gyms
If you nominated something that was in 1 of the cells that already has a pokestop or gym it would not appear (it could become a dynamax powerspot).
To get another Pokestop or Gym you would need to nominate (and get accepted) something in 1 of the “empty” cells.
If you post the Title and the Location (found in the 1st email you receive when you nominate) we can take a look.

Distance is not a factor, 2 stops can be extremely close as long as they fall in different cells.
Standard Warning: This is not aimed at the OP or anyone in particular…
Do not use the knowledge of cells to mis-place nominations to try and get them in to the game. You are risking Warnings / Suspensions on both Wayfarer and GAME accounts.
Knowledge of cells should only be used so that you are pre-aware whether a nomination is likely to be a stop / gym or a powerspot.
It can also be used where certain points of interest have more than 1 legitimate location. Example: Sports Field. It is recommended to place at the edge but off the field of play. This could give an option of more than 1 cell.
Once a nomination has been accepted and the location is seen as Acceptable you should not attempt to move it for game purposes. This can also risk your accounts. Location edits should only be attempted when the current location is incorrect. Example: From the field of play to the side.
I don’t have my plug ins on this device but it’s within the same S2 L17 cell as Panneau d’affichage municipal et associatif des Terrasses
This means it is not eligible to appear as a PokéStop in Pokémon GO as only one Wayspot per cell becomes a PokéStop
This is a visual of your situation.
On Street View, it looks like this is across the street from where it is pinned, which would put it at the school, and I don’t think it would be eligible there. I will need to leave that part to someone more familar with these things.
