I wanted to ask ask why this pokestop wasn’t created in the game but left for other games. Such a shame that the waystop like that wont be added to the game as it was one of the best to me. I believe I sticked to the distances, you can see it in the photo added.

You show the reason it isn’t live in your iitc screenshot. It is in the same level 17 S2 cell as another Wayspot. Here is the explanation I give people:
I know the prompt tells you that you are submitting a “Pokestop” but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to the Lightship database, which can only become a Pokestop or gym if it is alone in a level 17 S2 cell. Well as far as I remember I should be able to create two pokestops in one cell if distance between th is at least 20 meters. I did nominate more stops like that and they are visible now in the game even though they in the same cell.
That’s not the case. The 20m rule applies to Ingress rather than Pokemon Go. As long as the Wayspot doesn’t appear in the same Level 17 S2 cell, it will appear.

This is not supposed to happen. It used to be possible to force this to happen through edit abuse, which has been curbed somewhat through the short distance we can now suggest location edits in game, or it could have been the result of a temporary glitch. Niantic has been going through some parts of the world and correcting density issues. Sponsored pokestops do not have to follow the cell rules.
