I nominated 1 waystop it was accepted like 2 week ago and it is still not in the game do you know why (the game is pokemom go)
It might be too close to another waypoint and ended up in the same “cell”, and Go has some rules about how many things can come through into any particular rectangular area of the map
If you let us know the name of what you submitted and the area I’m sure someone can check for you
Its worth having a look at the cell system for Go and then you’ll know what to expect when submitting something

I have this answer ready to copy and paste for anyone looking for their accepted “pokestop”:
I know the prompt tells you that you are submitting a “Pokestop” but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to the Lightship database, which can only become a Pokestop or gym if it is alone in a level 17 S2 cell. I use iitc with a pogotools overlay to see the S2 cells, but that only shows Wayspots used in Ingress, so not all of them show there. But it can usually allow us to see if the Wayspot is prevented from showing in Pokemon Go because of sharing a cell.

Ok thank you i have the iitc app and i didnt know that only 1 pokestop can be in cell, now i know why becouse in that cell is alredy one pokestop thank you all

The “extras” can become power spots, so can be useful, but yeah only 1 stop or gym per cell
