Yeah I noticed one that became a pokestop didnt sync on intel. I made my own map to pinpoint stops and nominations accepted etc
That means the sync is about to happen anytime now and you might get your Pokestops.

Fair enough, they were accepted yesterday and when I checked today at 6pm. If you go to nominate a new pokestop you can see the orange markers of accepted things, both things I nominated are on there, so I presumed the sync had happened and they were only being used in other games
It might still turn into powerspot even if its not pokestop
There are 5 powerspots that rotate that I can reach from my house 
This is the Map I made to track pokestops and nominations
- Orange - Pokestop
- Red - Accepted on Wayfarer
- Blue - Nominated
- Pink - Possible nomination
As said above Pokémon GO sync should be about now (not guaranteed etc etc), so maybe it’s as simple as that.
I usually find that the sync is closer to 32 minutes from now. I’m just about to leave to check on some as I type this. Better to be late than early in this case.

Fingers crossed they come through. On campire our village used to have 52 players, sadly it is now around 10, hoping if we get more stops, people might come back
You’re a lot more organised than most people who come on here asking where their pokestop is :). Normally people haven’t got any idea about the cells, which is why you got some responses talking about them.

sync time usually happens for me between 20-50 minutes from now. hopefully it will happen while you are there and can see it. it happens at around the same time globally, but kind of rolls out instead of happening all at once. let us know if you see it.
