Problem between departments at the university, Sopot, Poland

Hi,

I’m proposing the expansion of Pokéstops within the University of Gdańsk, specifically the Sopot campus.

The University of Gdańsk has two faculties in Sopot – they have a similar mathematics focus, but historically, they’re still two faculties, located in two buildings, a few hundred meters apart. Historically, it’s also worth mentioning the unspoken rivalry between the faculties of management and economics.

The Faculty of Management has up to five Pokéstops and two gyms near its building. A few hundred meters away is the Faculty of Economics, for which I’ve even nominated several way spots. Currently, within the building’s range (which consists of three buildings, built at different times), we can find up to four Pokéstops, and the three way spots I added were approved but didn’t appear in the game.

In my opinion, a building that hundreds of people, including dozens of players, pass through daily deserves more Pokéstops, or at least, the main faculty building should be designated as a gym.

This would definitely encourage new players to install the app and old players to come back. It would be great to be able to raid during class (my professors, don’t read this), especially when walking to the nearest gym is impossible.

I hear what you are saying. We often get similar requests for city centers and other areas that could be densely populated with wayspots to reflect the eligible points of interest.

Once things are accepted as a wayspot in Wayfarer our influence ends. After that each game chooses how and which wayspots to include on their game boards. So in this instance you would need to make a case to the Pokemon Go team.
