Receiving Wayfarer Nominations in a different language

Today, I started receiving nomination reviews in different languages other than the English language. Unfortunately, I do not speak any other languages, and do not think I can adequately review these nominations. Is there a way to change settings to receive English (language) only nominations? My settings are set to English.

Can we have another option to “not review local nominations during challenge”, please? I wish I could skip these nominations during the challenge.
