I can tell that this description mentions pokemon, even without translating. Irrelevant game references are not allowed in the title or description, and really should not be used in the supporting section. I know the prompt tells you that you are submitting a Pokestop, but you are actually submitting a Wayspot, which can be used in different ways in the database.
It looks like you have already appealed this, so it will most likely be rejected. You can resubmit without the game reference. I would suggest taking your photos first, then cropping the main photo to square before you submit. That would put the focus more on the seating area, and would remove the finger from the photo. Then you can choose to use an existing photo when you make the nomination.
