Porque me rechazan propuestas son varias con descripción buena y nunca me aceptan en 2 escuelas diferentes porque?

Here are a couple of places that it is stated that any nominations on the property of schools for under 18 years old are not eligible.

Private Residences, Farmland & K-12

Single-family private residential properties (SFPRP), farms, and K-12 (schools or facilities primarily focused for persons under 18 years of age) are ineligible. This includes the outer facing facade, fence of these locations, and property boundaries. As has been said schools are just not eligible locations.

It is frustrating when submissions are rejected.
