You could appeal the splash pool, that looks like a good nomination although I can’t see the whole thing I don’t think, but certainly this would meet criteria as a place to socialise and exercise, snd the rejection reason of private property is incorrect.
Thank you socialize i met up with some long time friends there who flew in from Canada with their kids and i told them i will submit for pokestops then boom rejected with that narrative, kids exercising they sweated for hours there
If I have the correct building, all of these things could be good wayspots if nominated by themselves since they are communal amenities that meet at least one of the criteria

If this is the swimming pool in question, it would most likely appear as a pokestop if accepted as a wayspot

Based on the marker in the screenshot, and the location of Star Mart on Google Maps and Google Streetview, the location marker was approximately 130 metres away from the correct location. I haven’t seen the full supporting images which might provide additional context, but based on what I can see, this is likely why Niantic is replying “The Wayspot does not exist at the nominated location and has been submitted at an incorrect location”.
Assuming you live somewhere near the nomination location, currently there are about 18 Pokestops and 8 gyms within a 1km radius radius of that location, so it seems like the game has improved a lot.

Not 1km radius for sure and nearby are just gyms far apart and all needing a car as our streets there does not accomodate crossing streets that easily

Photos for wayspots don’t need to be great just convey what the wayspot is clearly.
It’s always useful to have a fresh set of eyes on any photos. Perhaps you could share some further ideas of what the OP could do to improve some of the photos?
