I tried to make some pokestops but all of them were rejected but I think they were ok and I don´t know whats wrong with them

If you’re comfortable with sharing, could you provide some examples of your rejections? Maybe some of us could help walk through what happened and find ways to improve them for better chances at approval or help find other candidates for you to try.

Medical facilities generally wouldn’t meet one of the three main criteria of a good place to explore, socialise or exercise. Wayspots in this type of area may also interfere with emergency operations.
In addition, your supporting photo is of what exactly? It should show the proposed wayspot in a wider context, especially useful if it isn’t on Streetview or Streeview is out of date.

Are there any play areas, community orchards or gardens for growing vegetables?
Community halls or noticeboards?
Apart from houses what sort of facilities are nearby
There are garages, a place with some trees but its not park, secret path, some signs and I think that´s all.
Is there a place the locals gather to chat?
Or is just houses?
Yea there are some places where people can meet but not much people maybe like 10 max 20 people.

No, this wouldn’t be considered a good place to meet and socialise.
You would normally expect seating at the least to demonstrate a relaxed place to spend time.

Oh in that case there are none of that places.
You may have to look further afield for eligible Wayspots in they case, and make sure they meet the criteria.
