Additional Information (if any):
The attributes that made this mural “a place worthy of exploration” are no longer apparent as the artwork in its original form no longer exists. The mural has been vandalised and is covered significantly by graffiti. Only about half of the mural remains visible - refer current photo.
This vandalism is at least 12 months old (refer Google Maps) and the prospect of the graffiti being removed and the mural restored to it’s original condition considered to be minimal as any such cost to do so would be borne by the building owner (and not the local council).
I ask that you kindly review your previous decision not to remove this wayspot.
Thanks for the appeal, @BunchOfCarrots. After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
Please note: The changes will not reflect in Ingress. Ingress Prime is no longer associated with Wayfarer. To make changes in Ingress, please reach out to Ingress support through Ingress in-game support or using the webform link provided in Niantic Spatial Support: https://nianticspatial.helpshift.com/hc/en/8-recon/faq/798-reporting-a-wayspot

I am genuinely curious about this one. I can understand removing it, and Niantic agreed to do so, but would the graffiti not make the place “a place worthy of exploration” in its own right by being a different form of art, or is it considered to be more of a safety concern?
Graffiti is ineligible. Clarification at : Unique Art
In my activities with Wayfarer, I believe it is important to not only adhere to the criterias, but also to respect the people who created the Wayspots, as well as those who manage and preserve them.
Please consider how artists and collaborators must feel when murals that took days to design and compose, and days to create on scaffolding, are defaced in a single day. Such graffiti is not appropriate for Wayspots.

The clarification salixsorbus linked says that “Vandalism” is not allowed.
Of course. I meant no offense.
