Post here, and see if staff takes another look. They have said they want us to let them know when the appeals team gets it wrong. Even if they don’t post on everything, they do pay attention. Will edit in that link about asking for the feedback when I find it again. (Notice there was no need to tag particular staff members.)

Niantic Appeal Decisions

Thank you for your continued feedback and examples of instances where we didn’t quite hit the mark with your appeals. We know we’re not perfect and our team members working on appeals may have different views however that is not an excuse to not improve based on the feedback. We are in the process of updating our staff training on criteria, removals, etc in hopes to improve the community sentiment around more than just appeals. Please continue to share your feedback on your experiences as we continue improving our performance and hope to reach a good state soon.
