je fais ce sujet car j’ai voulu supprimer le pokéstop “terrain de foot municipal” en:
48,61012° N, 6,65258° E car il est sur un sentier, derrière le terrain avec des portes fermés donc pas bien situé et non pertinent mais mon signalement pour le déplacer ou le supprimer a été refusé . J’ai refait une proposition qui serait bien plus pertinente à cette adresse “10 Rue de la Gare, 54370 Laneuveville-aux-Bois, France”.

If the current location is accurate, then attempting to move it for game play reasons can be seen as abuse.
If the current location is not accurate, you can request the move through help chat at https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/help but they will want evidence that the move is a correction based on the physical location, not for game manipulation.
A location being inconvenient to one or more players is not a justifiable reason for moving a wayspot, which was why this was rejected.
If the location is incorrect, it can be moved, or if it is just about OK but a more accurate location exists.
For this wayspot, the location isn’t actually that good if this is for the full-size football pitch, as it is located in the middle of the adjacent mini-football pitch.
That’s was actually my point. The first image was taken in the entrance of the football, so the location would be more accurate. So what can I do in this situation ?
Use the link that @cyndiepooh provided. Explain why the existing location is not very accurate and that your suggestion at the corner of the football field is more accurate.
Please be aware they may decide to move the wayspot to the corner of the football field which is nearest to the existing wayspot location.

J’ai bien fait ma demande, le point a été déplacer… Mais pas au bon endroit. Du coup j’ai refait une demande en mettant pleins d’informations pour dire que ce n’est pas bon, qu’il n’est pas au bon endroit, pourquoi il n’est pas au bon endroit et où il devrait être. On m’a refusé de le déplacé car il avait, je cite “déjà été déplacé au bon endroit”.
Du coup je fais quoi ?
j’ai encadré l’emplacement des 2 terrains, le problème étant que maintenant, avec la localisation du wayspot, on n’y a plus accès car tout le terrain est fermé

De ce que je vois le wayspot est actuellement à 48.610239, 6.652943, ce qui ne me semble pas incorrect?
Le “bon endroit” d’après toi ne sera pas forcément “le bon endroit” pour l’équipe et selon les critères, et les considérations liées aux jeux n’ont pas d’importance - il faut tenir compte du fait que tu n’obtiens pas nécessairement la position que tu veux en utilisant le chat. Le pin me paraît être en accord avec ce qui est suggéré p.ex. ici: Sports Fields
C’est surtout que du coup, je trouve cela dommage qu’il y ait des pins pour jouer, si finalement on ne peut pas jouer avec 
Ça me paraît improbable que la zone d’intersection entre 2 terrains de foot (un grand un petit - je ne vois que ce qu’il y a sur satellite, mes excuses si ce n’est plus la réalité sur le terrain) ne soit jamais accessible à personne?
This is certainly a good location, so if it is here, then it can’t be legitimately moved.
Not every wayspot can be used by every player. This is a crucial point. Wayspots can exist in gated communities and only be available to a few players - that is OK.
Based on streetview and ‘satellite’ images, the only access to the football fields is via the gate from the road. If this is now closed, then there is no access. You can get round the south side to the west side from a track further down, but that may not give access to the wayspot.

That isn’t necessary - you have given the explanation and it matches the streetview/‘satellite’ images. This is unfortunately a wayspot you will rarely be able to access.
