Hello, where can I report a gym and how long would it take to be removed? Thank you.

What is the reason for reporting the gym?
There are many ways to do this if it meets removal criteria. You can report in game, through the Wayfarer map, through help chat, or through one of the forms linked at the top of the forum here.
I can’t give you a specific time but removal reports are normally addressed quickly. They won’t remove a gym just because a player wants it in another place.

You cannot specifically report a gym, but you can report a wayspot if it does not exist anymore, is on single-family private residential property, is on school grounds, or is otherwise inaccessible or unsafe to access.

Es un gimnasio un poco antiguo y se creó en base a una estatua, esa estatua ya no está se destruyo hace años, es suficiente como para reportarlo ?

Suggest taking a photo that shows the GPS Co-ordinates or a video where the statue was to prove it is no longer there.
You says “Years Ago”, does historic street view show this change happening?

Shouldn’t be needed but an up to date image is never going to harm.
Not used the In-App removal request for a long time but doing it through Pokemon go “should” be sufficient. Hopefully someone with more knowledge of this will be able to advise better.

You could establish if it has been relocated somewhere else?
Provided there are no sponsored gyms in that S2 level 14 it should produce a new gym somewhere in that cell.
If it is still there there was a great mosaic in the carpark at the rear of building, and it is the kind of building that may have other potential wayspots inside. So you could add to that area.
