There are two gyms representing businesses in a former food hall (in a large building that was previously a KMart), the building has now been demolished and the site is a large construction site. It’s impossible to interact from outside the fence so can’t use in game reporting tools.
They are located at approximately these coordinates:

If the wayspots are demolished and you can’t report them through ingame options, you can use the form linked at the top of this forum to request the removal.
The form will ask you about your property owner credentials. Don’t answer that. A follow up email will be send and you can give all evidence you’ve.

Unfortunately I did that and they replied asking if I am the property owner.
It’s so silly that their dropdowns don’t account for this situation.
It will still get reviewed regardless.
Be prepared to provide GPS tagged images to prove that the building is no longer there.
