The LAT LON might not be exact but it is very close. When viewing the pokemon go map site, I do not see the pokestop in the community. The location where the pokestop is located is not even accessible from the ACTUAL clubhouse. Definitely manipulation from someone putting a stop right on top of their house. I haven’t been back in that area recently but will be back soon to try and put the actual Clubhouse Stop in it’s correct position ( which LAT LON looks like would be 27.219100, -80.423585).
In my initial report I stated the exact address of the private residence that the stop was located. I wish I could see my report that was rejected to get the comments I made off of it as it would make it easier to locate.
