After carefully analyzing the situation, I realized that the location difference in question was approximately 110 meters.
As you may know, GPS accuracy on mobile devices can easily vary between 5 and 100 meters, especially in rural or small-town areas like mine, where signal reception is often unstable due to weak network coverage and interference from trees and buildings. Because of this, small location deviations are quite common and usually unintentional.
In my case, I usually take the photos first and then submit the nomination later, when I have a more stable connection. It’s possible that, during this process, I mistakenly placed the pin slightly off the exact spot where the photos were taken — without realizing it.
The Wayspot was still located within the same real-world area, and there was absolutely no intention to manipulate its position or gain any gameplay advantage. I have always respected Niantic’s policies and Wayfarer guidelines, and I deeply regret any confusion this may have caused.
Considering the context and the relatively small 110-meter difference — well within normal GPS fluctuation for rural areas — I kindly ask that this case be reconsidered as an unintentional light error, rather than a violation.
Thank you very much for your understanding and your time reviewing this matter.
Best regards,
Wesley
Here is my request
This is the precise location

Here is more or less the difference
I emphasize once again that I did not want to manipulate the game map at any time, I recognize that my request was not in the most accurate place, but I emphasize that it was in the same street/neighborhood/reach ray and that this error was not intentional, but unnoticed. The absence of warning emails that did not arrive in my account contributed so that I could not correct my mistake and explain myself. I apologize to the whole team.
