Request for Restoration of PokéStop or Gym at ‘Maruti Mandir’ Wayspot

Dear Niantic Support Team,

I am writing to request the restoration or consideration of the ‘Maruti Mandir’ wayspot in Kankavli as a PokéStop or Gym in Pokémon GO.

This wayspot is already accepted and actively used in other Niantic games, as shown in the attached image. It represents a serene and well-maintained Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman (Maruti), and holds strong cultural, spiritual, and community value. It is open to the public and is a known landmark, fulfilling all the eligibility criteria.
Previously, there was a PokéStop near this wayspot, but it has recently been removed. As a result, there are currently no other PokéStops or Gyms within the desired radius in this area, which has significantly impacted the gameplay experience for local players.

The second screenshot clearly shows that this wayspot is active in the Lightship database but is missing from Pokémon GO. I believe this might be due to cell level limitations or system errors.

I kindly request your team to review this wayspot’s eligibility and consider reinstating it as a PokéStop or Gym in Pokémon GO.

Looking at the screenshots you’ve shared, it appears that “Darpan Beauty Parlour” is the active Pokéstop or gym in this Level 17 S2 Cell, and as a Level 17 S2 Cell is normally only allowed to contain one Pokéstop or one Gym, the nomination you’re requesting to be restored to Pokémon Go would not be able to show in game as a Pokéstop or Gym.
