Not exactly (see the comment from Niantic). I mean that if you have concerns that a gym might get removed and that wayspot is already at the wrong location, it is worth getting it moved to the correct location. Leaving it where it is would be risky if you are already worried.
Here, this discussion has helped Niantic moved the wayspot and they might well have been able to find the correct location without this (crucially, the google maps link you provided), but it would have been very difficult!
@NianticAaron, Moving this temple wayspot will put it in the same s17 cell as the other pokestop called “Nutan Boys hostel-25.617517,85.108637” which can contradict Niantic rules regarding s17 cell.
If I’m correct, this “25.617482, 85.108767” is the actual location of this Nutan Boys Hostel. If you can confirm and move this pokestop location too will be a good help.
