The question I would ask about the Utility Box Art is…
Authorised Mural
or
Un-authorised Graffiti.
Good Luck

I am sorry to hear this. If you are trying to appeal for wayspot removal, you should post recent foto to proof that it still exist. A coordinate will be nice for faster checking.

I tried to look into it. But it probably got reported under SFPRP. if this is not right, you need to provide evidence about it. On the other hand, it seems to be recently painted because street view is not showing it. Do you have proof that this is officially painted?
The last one might even have issue with pedestrian access. This is something that you need to address to increase your chance of appeal. Scopely staff will hold the final decision. Everyone else can only advise you
This does look a lot like an unauthorised painting. Artists get agreements with utility companies before painting beautiful murals on the utility boxes and you nearly always find the murals on instagram etc. The murals are painted both to improve the street scene and act as a promotion for the artist.
It is a school project and Kids were painting several paintings like this around their school property. It was Improvisation by the local Electric Company.
Did you show any evidence of this?
Local News Website?
School Website?
Here you Can See some of the paintings and the Students painting.
It’s not me that needs to see the evidence, hopefully staff will see this and take another look.
Dear Support, thank you for restoring the bees. The group in our Village Drive around again and had other paintings deleted also.
I see that Google Street view still doesn‘t Show the paintings. They were a school project before the summer break started.
