I have been playing since 2023 and since I began there’s been a gym on our street. Recently it was removed for no reason. It’s not on private property it’s on the sidewalk. It’s the giant sculpture on the sidewalk. Gym name was “Mindshadows”
It was removed for no reason as far as I’m aware. It just disappeared and I’d like it back. What are the next steps?

You should make your own separate post in this category. There will be prompts with the information they need. Not knowing why it was removed, you should make a case as to why it meets criteria and that it still exists, and that the location is eligible.
I agree with @cyndiepooh with regards to you creating your own post for your own issue.
Also, having had a quick look at it, if I was to hazard a guess, whoever reported it may have thought it was on NTCI property, given how close it is to their building and field. This would indeed make it ineligible if that is the case, as NTCI is a place of education for grades 9 to 12 and falls under K-12 ineligibility. So you might need to think about how best to prove it’s not on school property when you make your own topic.
