Here is an article on the official website of the city of Eindhoven that talks about a local artist known as Mister Robot, who has been decorating power boxes with images of various robots. This is one of them, featuring WALL-E from the eponymous Disney movie. It’s a very cool work of art that was approved by the city, so I see no reason why this should not be restored.

I think it would help if you had some current photos to show this one and The other requests are still there as things can change.
