Honestly I believe this error is simply due to the number of people flooding the servers trying to review.
The solution would be to scale the services, but as the event only lasts a week, they probably won’t want to scale up (due to cost) for such a short time.
Ive worked for a company that essentially had the same situation on “patch”/“new release” days.
It’s a bit late now anyway - but fingers crossed for the next event they’ll mitigate the issue further.
My rating is still down at good, very few agreements coming through. I still cant believe I did so many obvious duplicate reviews and got barely any agreements for them
With the amount of down time and the difficulty in reviewing it would be a nice gesture to award tier 4 if we were within the average split across all the days. The other night it took me 4 hours to manage to do 20+ reviews just to hit target. String of floating balloon, Retry, error messages between each and every review.
