How long has it been since your nominations were approved? It usually takes up to 48hrs for it to sync in game.
If it has been longer than that they likely shares a cell with another pokestop/gym or are in a geoblocked location, which means they won’t appear in Pokemon Go.

I just want to add to this, as we are creating Wayspots, not stops/gyms for PoGo or portals for Ingress, so there is a possibility that they may not show up based on density rules after 48 hours.
Wayspots that are approved are added to the Lightship map, which each game uses to create game play locations, with some exceptions to Power Spots. Each game uses different density rules for how may game play locations show up in-game, with PoGo uses S2 cells, and Ingress using a 20 meter rule. More info on S2 cells can be found here:
