Thanks @elijustrying I took your advice and removed it. Honestly, this part of nominations is sometimes frustrating. The original nomination without the clarification got rejected. Hopefully the 5 supporting photos will make things easier.
It is frustrating when you get rejections.
The natural reaction is that you are the one person receiving these rejections from this anonymous set of reviewers. It feels like one single mass but in reality it can be a completely different group each time. It is always worth taking a step back and think about it through the eyes of someone who hasn’t seen it before. You want reviewers to be nice to your nomination, make sure your tone is being nice to them 
obviously no pleading to accept but wording like “ it can be difficult to see where this on streetview, so …..”
The appeals process is there to help.
And I do think the websubmit with 5 images stands a much better chance.
It’s interesting, isn’t it? I think there are cultural differences in different countries / regions. For me the hospital is somewhere to go for a great breakfast, coffee or lunch (whilst putting money into hospital funds), for others it’s 24/7 heat and shelter with plenty of seats, for others it’s somewhere to sit in the gardens, admire the works of art, buy jigsaw puzzles etc. But in some places it’s only where you go if you have a medical emergency.
For me this is like a community hospital. If you live here for a while you’ll visit someone there, or have to go yourself. It’s the first place to go and is always a good experience. Their cafeteria might be a well kept secret for work from home folks.
So…if it’s something is in a lobby, as long as it doesn’t obstruct, it’s ok?
Emergency areas don’t have statues in the way 
so absolutely, yes, a statue in a regular hospital area would be fine.
So…i could submit something in a waiting room in a waiting room if it’s “unusual” and artistically relevant?
I’ve worked in health care many years, and was onsite at a large urban hospital for most of 'em. I’ve gotten a lot of Wayspots accepted at my home hospital! Although we do have a very busy Emergency area, we also have many custom art pieces indoors and out. Hospitals, many times, are little societies of their own: meeting rooms for international conferences, chapels, cafes, gardens, even post offices exist in non-patient-care areas all over our expansive campus. I love having stuff with which to interact when I have medical appointments, and I bet the long-term patients enjoy those Wayspots even more!
I also was thinking how it would be cool for patients at Bethesda to be able to play PGO etc during their stay. Would surely take their mind of whatever ails them. I’ll just have to see that when I appeal the next rejection that I get all the ambassadors to vote on the appeal!
We also got a new gym after the stop appeared! Bronzeskulptur is still in voting - seems like a good sign to me, not getting shot down straightaway.
Thanks again everyone who gave advice and tips on how to improve the nomination. IMO the deciding factor was the ability to have 5 supporting photos that prove eligibility. Don’t know what to submit next though. I think the hospital is done. Not much chance of getting the helicopter landing pad approved, even if it looks nice as a POI.

It’s been going amazingly well this month. Currently working on two cells which are now up to 19 wayspots each. The 20th will be a challenge. The guidance here in the forum has been especially helpful in getting the bench approved, as it’s a generic bench, but is placed at a scenic view. Before I wouldn’t even have tried.
And just revisiting these areas after several years, found POIs I hadn’t noticed before or were hadn’t existed then.
