Could someone please help with a tricky nomination at a local hospital. It’s a sculpture in the lobby of the main entrance. The area is not used by emergency services. The ambulance entrance and patient admissions are at a different location at the side of the building. But I’m not sure if that’s enough to make this a viable nomination.
Possibly this image from street view might prove my point. The sign on the left differentiates between the main entrance and the emergency entrance (Notaufnahme), the red area on the right side of the building. Note also, the flower boxes block any vehicles from driving up to the main entrance. Does this nomination have any chance at all?

I have seen approved stops in non emergency areas of hospitals. Last August (when I started playing) my father was in a hospital, which is named as a memorial to a US Army Air Corps pilot shot down in 1944. (Before the Air Force was separated from the Army.) The hospital has a whole display case about him - portrait, model of plane, copy of letter sent to his parents when he was declared killed in action, picture of his daughter with a shovel at hospital’s groundbreaking. It’s in the visitor lobby near the cafeteria. And it’s a gym. Same hospital also has a pokestop for a garden sculpture located between the visitor entrance and the parking structure.
There is already one POI at the hospital, a statue outside the main building. I went over there again today and took several pictures to prove the emergency entrance is elsewhere. Hope the nomination will work this time, or at least on appeal.
I added these images as well as some explanation of each showing that the lobby area (main entrance) and emergency area are distinctly separate. The Web submit option that @seaprincesshnb pointed out to me worked well for this. Hopefully I won’t get a 30 day ban for reusing the same main image from my previous nomination (I had to download it from Wayfarer)!
The first foto is supposed to show where emergency area right? Imho, you should point it out the location on google map. It will help reviewer know where is emergency area and where is your nomination
Unlike you that know where is the lobby, reviewer may not know where is it without digging google street view which might take time. And in process, if its too much hassle, reviewer might opt to choose the easy rejection
Thanks for the suggestion - actually I also thought of this. But the overhead map doesn’t clearly label the entrances. It’s why I tried to prove it with the images. They should at least show that I’m not claiming something just to get a Wayspot. I added annotations to the photos as follows.

Photo 6: this is the actual main photo for the nomination - I reused the photo from the original nomination because the lighting was better (early morning). The supporting photos are from when I returned mid-day.
Not sure what else I can do to document that the area around the sculpture is safe. I had a good run in the last weeks with my nominations getting accepted, so I think if reviewers see a good faith effort like this, they should feel safe to approve it. And if not, I’d hope the Wayfarer team would catch it on appeal.
How many lobby does the hospital have ah? I think its better to tell reviewer which side is it such as north side or west side (i am guessing the hospital have 2 entrance?)
Yes, the hospital has two entrances: A main entrance (with a lobby for visitors) and an emergency entrance (for ambulances and admissions) - which is what the supporting photos should demonstrate. They already see where the pin is? Other than that, the only proof I can offer is a narrated video walking from one area to the other. Is it possible to upload supporting videos?
Well mentioning the north and west lobhy/entrance will help reviewer grasp the overall situation faster. Like i said, you know it have 2 lobby/entrances but reviewer dont. So they need to dig information about where is the lobby/ emergency entrances.
Anyway you can upload the video somewhere else and post the link in supporting info
Just to give reviewer point of view. I try checking west entrance and can only see this. I am not even sure if there is another entrance beside these two because street view is limited in the south and east side.
If current nomination does not go through or on appeal, I guess I’ll have to try. Thanks for the idea - about distinguishing the north and west entrances - indeed may make it more clear. If I have to appeal I’ll add that to the appeal text.
Wold be something like this. That would give the extra context (I hope). At least the helicopter pad would make it more plausible, as needing to be close to the emergency exit.

Photo 3) The outside sign clearly distinguishes between the main entrance (where the statue is) and the emergency (ambulance) entrance. Note also: it is impossible for an ambulance to even drive up to the main entrance because the way is blocked with flower boxes!

TO BE CLEAR: there are two entrances: the main (visitors) entrance is the north entrance, where the POI is pinned. And the west entrance is for emergency and ambulance access. You can see this clearly in the overhead map. Note also the helicopter pad which has direct access to the west entrance. And the north entrance clearly has blocked vehicle access.
My approach with hospital stuff is simply to appeal. Reviewers don’t seem to get it, but the appeals team will accept stuff at hospitals as long as its clear its not obstructing (which a statue clearly is not)
Thanks! This is why I made the second improved nomination (also to try web submit). I wanted something better documented that should be easier to appeal. I do feel uncomfortable about the long supporting information, but if it fails I’ll send something more compact as appeal text. Also I’m out of appeals atm so only option was to resubmit
Main think I’m happy to learn from you and @TjoeMi is that the POI in itself would be an acceptable Wayspot, if it can be shown to not impair emergency services.
I would edit your text to not use the capitalised part. This is interpreted as shouting at reviewers which is not pleasant to read and is unnecessary.
The reviewers that see this submission are probably seeing it for the first time.
