I think there is censorship for each removal decisions for reasons we also can only speculate. We are unlikely to change these decisions, unfortunately.
That said, it seems the community members involved in this thread are largely leaning towards the eligibility of some examples, provided the details and permanence be true. Should you want to try submitting again, what you can do now is to future-proof wayspots by including the specific context of each tile (in this case) so that the eligibility would not be questioned throughout its existence in the database.
Your examples of the text seem like a brief matter-of-fact, little context that might be interpreted differently by people not from your region:
What you can do going forward is to narratively discuss each tile in reference to the poem, the route, and its history should you choose to submit more of these. The “sell” part of a nomination not only ensures you made your point across, it also ensures much of the context is written in case previous decisions are rechecked and redecided.
Contrast your text with:

You gotta use your information and present them! It’s like when you’re cooking, you will be cutting, peeling, and cooking each ingredient to make a cohesive dish. Even for salads, one has to recognize it is a salad for them to be considered a dish, that takes some prep. 
It will also take much time to find the right tile in one of the 3 clips. And check or its the right location, even if you need to check all 45 locations, it will take for ever😅 totally understand.

You didn’t provide new evidence, so having another look leads to the same infos.

What I don’t get is that the posts here are so full of context about the routes, the importance of poetry, and the cultural society. But the descriptions provided as examples… it’s just the words on each tile.
I dont have time write 45 appeals.
And if i submit them again. Al 45, then i maybe get a ban? Since they where all removed? Or they will all get accepted just to be removed again? And then after it i get a ban or warning? Not worth the time or Risk.

I dont know you submit 45, if thats the number, u can appeal 1st. But instead of lumping it all together. Go with one. Like staff said, each wayspot have its own merit. You wont be getting all 45 restored in one go
Most where since begin made by someone in ingress, he placed the tilte and description. in 2016 or 2017
So only normal i did the missing 3 tiles the same as the wayspot tiles that already excist since start of the game’s. I only wanted to add 3 tiles 8 years later.

I believe you can name it urself. If its 45, i think the reason its getting removal is because its deemed indistinct. Trail marker is definitely eligible but doesnt means all marker along the way will be eligible. I believe that applied here as well. I suggest you start appealing the start point of the trail

if these are poems, maybe use “stanza #” instead of “00# number.” If the poem also has a title, it might work to add into the nomination title.
I would not use these exact words as a description. It describes little about the poem.
These information can be added for clarity. But the emphasis for the description is IMO how you convey that this tile is eligible.
Most of them are in a cell whit a easy legit wayspot, like churches libary museums, sportcenter, cityhall.
Most of them also turned in powerspots.
On great safe locations. Since most powerspots are still in unplayable areas.
