If location is correct you can see on google maps, and look ad booklet. There stand literally halte paltrokmolen / busstop paltrokmolen. That.its placed ad.correct location. For church same stand Herv Kerk / HERV church
So all the tiles are definitely part of art project and a route, as you can see on the site. Ad 26 projects
There is nothing more to show anymore. Or to proof.
You can always call to there and ask them..but probally if they say its a offical cultural art route, people we still need more proof.

My advice is, not to complicate things, if you want to submit these, just try, and start with the easiest one to prove. For example, you could start with the one at the “wereldwinkel”. There is proof there when it was placed, and it is still clearly visible in street view.
And yes, I would most likely approve this, if documented like this
I would submit it again if i were you. You can appeal previously deleted wayspot but dont try to lump it all together. Each wayspot has its own merit.
Anyway you are not using photo from website right? I saw the trail marker on road is from website. And there is issue with safe pedestrian if the road is being used by bike and/or car

So at the end you can’t bring the proof Niantic/Scopely asked you for. Evidence on the internet (official side) where the tile in question should be located.

It took us much time and effort. So probably we wont submit them again. If the changes are so low and difficult.
Only sad things is most people stopped playing after many wayspots tiles where removed. Everyone used those wayspots the most for 8 years, because here nobody like.to sit in a playground and that are almost.the only options left, what only end in less people meeting outside. Or not ad all
Sometimes a tiny decision can make huge changes.
And even if the wayspot get restored or accepted again the gym will never return to the most raided location. Since it moved to a playground.

But for real. I believe a (appeal) reviewer would never look through 3 old Youtube videos, the folder even can’t be provided in nominations or appeals but if it could, compare it with the videos and make than a decision if it is the right location.
Its not me that wants anything. It’s not me that needs convincing. You know that is not what I was saying.
Niantic have stated that they need better evidence.
You have received several suggestions as to what would be required but you state this is not available.
Time to move on, look for other nominations that you can supply evidence if required.
