Single or multiple wayspots in the grid do not being Pokestops

I remove the original Pokestop of the following 2 cells by reporting that does not exist, however, even there are other wayspots in the cell, there is no replacement for Pokestop (but they can still be seen in Ingress)

These 2 cells are:

Cell I (2 wayspots)
Wayspot A: 國揚雲端科技大樓
25.059806,121.6527
Wayspot B: 八件式海灘變電箱
25.059599,121.652754

Cell II (1 wayspot)
Wayspot: 狗狗愛吃魚
25.055014,121.61392

@nianticaaron can you check if anything is funky from the wayfarer teams side?
