A couple days ago I started a helpchat request to move a wayspot that mislocated and therefore placed in another cell. I did not send any evidence at the time.
A couple hours later I received a response saying that geotagged images were needed to make changes to the wayspots. I provided them with my usual geotagged images app for the evidence.
Now Yesterday I received this weird response back that I have never received with these images.
Why would these images not be deemed as usefull proof while other topics of mine and other help chat request did use similiar images as proof.

Could staff maybe explain why this happened on this request, but not others?

It’s rare but I have had this happen too. And I use the GPS Map Camara as well. Weird part is I have those location tags on my photos as well. So I’m not sure what is happening. Maybe somone slipped and hit the wrong button is my only guess because I can repeat the post almost exactly and next time it will go through just fine.

Just the other day I had a requested move rejected despite providing photos with location metadata inside the file, but it was accepted when I provided photos with visible geotags. Sending regular photos theough help chat does allow them to read the metadata right?

I do still wanna see what staff has to say., would also be nice to have the wayspot moved.
I am happy to say that the wayspot has now been moved to the correct location according to the wayfarer map.
No explaination has been given, but I do want to thank staff for looking at this and moving the wayspot.
Follow-up on this topic, the message given to me was excused for being wrong and the wayspot is now in the correct place.
It has now been 7 days since the move of the wayspot, and recalculation of the cell has not happened yet.
Because the move, the cell now has 4 gyms. I wonder if the recalculation will even happen.
The wayfarer map also shows the cell in red, because the too many gyms.
(51.830669,4.332236) is the cell.
