The impression I am getting is that you haven’t quite grasped so of the technicalities around what becomes pokestops - gyms. The reason for that is that you keep referring to needing any new ones in that small specific area.
This is not how it works. Putting another stop in that area around Ropemakers close. I could be wrong but you seem to think that the next one to appear, the 6th one to be made will be the one to be the gym.
Think of it like this the 6th one is selected for PokemonGo. At that point there are 6 poke things in the yellow box. 1 is already a gym. The computer realises that one of the other 5 needs to be selected to become a gym. It could be any one of those 5.
The computer will select any one of the of the 5 pokestops in that yellow cell to be a gym
All of these wayspots in this yellow cell are not that far apart. So any gym created will not take much effort to get to.
The allotments are your strongest point of interest nearby. We will happily advise on how to present a good nomination.

My recommendation for submitting an allotment is to find a sign (if possible) or the main gate. Take a close up of the sign so it’s very clear within the main image, and then a wider image for supporting info.
The title and description can be very simple. The supporting can talk about the community, social and health benefits of maintaining an allotment.
If its initially rejected, appeal it - they should accept. They are very high quality PoIs in terms of meeting the wayfarer criteria

thre no signs really around here, I thank you all for the help, but I don’t know if anything will help, after everything i been told about the “S2 Cells” and all this, it feel like the Cell thing not true or it was but now it not.
I just submit 3 more around the spot I am in, in hope.
I have said this before I only go into town once a week to get my dinner from the shops, I mainly stay home cause I am even busy with drawings or 3D sonic models I make.
It’s not the best sign, but this gate is likely significant enough to be approved regardless of a good sign or not.

how many people have walk into Chatham?
I ask cause as I look at my pokemon go screen, I note this.
pokestops and gyms in town in lot of spots are as close or closer, meaning possible 3 or are in one “Cell” on the map.

There will almost never be more than 1 stop or gym within the same small cell.
Things can be close together but not in the same cell.
I haven’t lived in Kent for 7 years now, I used to be in Maidstone

I mainly want to get an gym here, cause I only walk once an week into town to get good, I am too busy with models and art, also I am an night person so I get up late in the after noon and sleep around 6 in the morning ^^;… I only ever get up early on friday.

Most of the time, if you check the cells with an accurate tool, you will find the ones that look like they are so close they have to be in the same cell are actually in the corners of separate cells. A long time ago location edits would not recalculate pokestop status, so there could actually be more than one in a single L17 S2 cell for this reason. And sponsored stops are not subject to the S2 cell algorithm, so those could be in the same L17 S2 cell as another.
Submitting Wayspots so that you don’t have to leave your house is going to be very frustrating, and is likely to fail. The spirit of Wayfarer is going out to explore.

I hope your next submissions go well, but would want to reiterate that you do not need to submit things in a specific tiny are - anywhere in the larger gym cell will work fine - and you cannot control what becomes a gym either so you do not know if things nearby will turn to a gym, or further away.

even if I get an gym here I am still going to go down town, cause I want to walk each week.
I just want the gym, to help with the coins… cause mostly when I put an pokemon in an gym about an hour or less later mostly they beaten and someone taken the gym over and I bearly get any coins…
You are refusing to accept what several people who have been nominating a long time have told you so my suggestion is…
- Nominate the waypoints you plan in the occupied cells.
- Notice that even if they are accepted as Waypoints they do not appear in Pokemon Go as either Stop or Gym.
- Consider that people here are not lying to you.
- Re-read this thread and try to understand.
- Nominate something in an empty cell such as the Allotments.
- If Accepted hope and pray that that its 1 of you “micro-local” stops that is randomly selected as the Gym.

I was fine having an pokestop here, but then I learn the party missions there are some that give mega energy for some Pokemon…
I know I can’t get the mega energy for the pokemon I really want I miss out… cause I stop playing pokemon go years ago and only got back this year…
the Party mission to get pokemon mega energy is battle in 2 raid battles at an Gym…
I can only just beat level 1 and 2 gyms,
level 3 and higher I cannot beat…
also I don’t have the money to get the “remote pass” item to battle gyms anywhere…
this is the only reason I trying to get an Gym here to.
to get some mega energy for pokemon, and in hoping some friends on my list who have money to spend on pokemon go, to help if they can.
all I seen so far when I look up any helping, is people using multi phones, multi accounts to catch lots and lots of the pokemon in gyms and so on.
but pokemon go rules is having more than one account is forbidden and them accounts will be banned..
how can they get away with that…
I only have one more chance this friday when I am going down towen I’ll walk around with in the cycle at this stop to try find ideal spots to set up.
I am just trying cause I am missing out alot and don’t have the money for an game like this…
if I had to pick between pokemon go and an normal pokemon game I pick the normal pokemon games…but I trying to enjoy this game even with my partner Ralla the Gardevoir.

You have had several people suggesting what you need to do. So whilst you are out on Friday nip down to the allotments, make the nomination (you have been successful before so no reason you can’t do it again and if it is rejected appeal or re-submit).
If everything else is as you have stated above you have a 40% chance of getting a Gym in your micro local area.
If not you have another Gym that is not too far away so you will benefit no matter what.

sign I think I am gonna give up trying.
I tried my best I follow everything people said and this late one which match EVERYTHING, and I said simple things and still no…
got 3 in the cycle where I am right now, 2 are in the same “Cell” which people said cannot happen but it did.
I am not sure but I feel if I somehow was able to get an other it wouldn’t be what I want…
if anyone want to try, here the spot and the cycle with the Cell.

the 3 Dots are spots already set, as you can see 2 of the dots are with in 1 Cell.

but you did ignore things that multiple people mentioned, even though several people stated that it is “1 wayspot per L17 Cell” you insist on ignoring this deciding that you know better.
we have also stated that this could happen with old “location edits”, “sponsored spots” or errors but they could be living on borrowed time as staff can trigger a re-calculation then if your mapping data is correct 1 of those could disappear.
Are you sure that 1 of the waypoints in the “double cell” is not a Powerspot (Dynamax / Gigantamax) ? as this is possible.
We have also made a suggestion in regards to nominating the allotments, we can promise you that if this is accepted (should be with decent images / write-up) and the data you have supplied so far is correct you will get a 2nd Gym.
We can only say that you have a 40% chance it will be in the circle you are hoping for.
