It’s out there publicly but requires making a “developer” account. It was never advertised to the general Wayfarer community to use. Consider it to be still in a beta (and actually has an expected sunset). As such, functions are not always as expected.
Some (maybe even a majority but likely not) Wayspots will sync into games. Many will not. This seems to be intentional, and as indicated above you may be scorching the candidate from ever being able to show up in your choice game(s) - or for those of your community.

Weird to call using an app built around submitting wayspots to submit waypoints abuse.
