Submitting wayspots leads me to finding cool things i wouldnt have known about

As in title, i founs a qr code on a random pole near me, ive passed it losds of times but just ignroed it till i realised i jeeded a potential stop to make a gym

Scanning this lead me to discover that there are full on trails in the council tsking people by and telling about points of interest that i didnt even know about

So yeah, just eanted to show that submitting lead to finding my next long walks when i go back nightshift lol

Update on this

Have followed moat of th trails, started off well worh the first 4 of them, moat to all of the markera were still there. The last 2 onlynhad about half (but i beleive its because what the markers were meant to be for had been removed or closed down)

Emily loves them, every one she reviewed was accepted

The community hates them though lol, calls all rhe ones thwyve reviewd temporary, despite them being there for over 5 years at least.

So for have appealed one snd was accpeted, so seems appeals people like them

Interesting. Thanks for letting us know!

Five years ago I might have thought they were generic or something… but anyone who’s been out much since then, has found out that they’re unique and fun. If you interact with it, it’s more fun than “regular” trail markers, because it gives you bites of stories, history, botany, etc.

I reviewed the prison one. Was it rejected?

Not yet. So far its been 4 rejections (so im maybe overreacting slightly to saying they are hated by the community lol) all the same reasons. 2 in lennoxtown, one in milngavie, one in bishoppbriggs. The prison one is still in voting
