I have been trying to get a location edit days now, every time I open a ticket and provide picture for the location edit the support ticket is disappearing and I have no idea if they even replied to me I have opened like 3 different tickets however I currently only have a screenshot of the one I recently opened that disappeared
you can use one of the forms at the top of the forum here to make the request through an email chain if you lose the chat history. the form says “removals” but can also be used for modifications:
I don’t like this form because the choices don’t match up most of the time, but just pick something and tell them what needs to be done. If you get an automated email that asks for your credentials as property owner, just ignore that one. A team member will reply.
I will have to try because the ticket I opened like 20 minutes ago disappeared already…I hope I don’t get in trouble for using it to edit a location

since you do have at least one ticket number you can reference that from your screenshot and let them know what was happening with help chat.
i think help chat disappearing is linked to browser settings, but mine don’t, so i can’t help with that part.
Well I just submitted and I did state it was for a location edit and not removal so all I could do now is wait

So support just replied via email they said “ We have made adjustments to the referenced” hopefully I will see the changes with sync tomorrow
