Could you please help us with swapping a PokéStop with a Gym? We are a small community in this village, and it would greatly help us if the following Wayspots were switched:

There is also a Gym named “Parc Bughea,” and it is located near the other Gym. Thank you very much!
How a game uses wayspots is not something the wayfarer team have any control over.
The Pokémon Go team would be the ones responsible for this kind of thing, but whilst you are free to reach out to them, it is almost certain they won’t do anything.
Edit: the two wayspots you mentioned do not appear to be in the same Level 14 S2 Cell, so there’s definitely no way your request would be possible. Gyms are created when a Level 14 S2 Cell reaches 2, 6 or 20 Pokéstops and Gyms in Pokémon Go. You can read more about the S2 Cell system here.
