This, event was a sham
Kind reminder I am being respectful, no nasty words yet. Remember this is open forum to express feedback.
No… the event wasn’t a sham. Everyone had equal ability to contribute. Everyone who has an Ingress or Pogo account that is linked to Wayfarer had equal access to this Forum and the ability to find information to make their reviewing better.

My only complaint about this challenge is that my agreement rate dropped a whole percentage point, from 58% to 57%. So, my goal to get to 60% by the end of the year took a step back. 
Not going to complain about the lag, the lack of reviews, etc, as it does seem like staff didn’t expect this challenge to be as popular as it was, and hopefully they will take note for the future.

If it’s any consolation, mine droped to 62% At one point it was 67%, but can’t remember how far back that was.
With over 30k reviewing 240k submissions, I think the system and the community did well.

Percentage means nothing. Edits will increase your total reviews and you will eventually see the agreements come back later with the percentage increased.
I don’t take edits into consideration as the Wayspots are already in the game.
I see that my Bernie text only meme was not appreciated. I have opened a detailed point for honoring the original conditions which were not taken up specifically, however got likes.
I’m clearly not alone.
Just to rehash the big point - honoring the original conditions would help absolve the poor communication. This would be particularly so with those who were still reviewing just past the shifted end time.
Niantic reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the event. There is no binding contract between player and Niantic that is legally binding. If Niantic were to go to the original announcement, we would have had higher targets and fewer people achieving them.

the original community tier 3 was 260,000 and we definitely could not have made that!

Nope. I am starting to get bored of people complaining that they want something that they can’t get.
At least give more warning man, it was announced when i was asleep and only saw it ended when i woke up (via reddit). I managed to finish my 50 at least but my brother was only at 31 and was planning to do the rest on the last day

I did hit 50 reviews prior to the original deadline, but i was unable to exceed 39 prior to the new deadline due to website crashes. Will i be getting rewards since i submitted over 50 before the original dealine?
Whilst I agree that we should have had more notice, it is a case that Niantic had to make the call at the best possible time with the information they had at the time. I wanted to review today, not because I needed the numbers, but I wanted to help get more stuff through.
Dude. A lot of people are mad at wanting to reach their goals but having it cut short.
If you don’t like the reply, ignore the person. Stop feeding their fire.
I can make the same statement… if you don’t like my response… feel free to ignore me. If you don’t like the fire, don’t walk towards it.
Let’s continue the cycle and make no progress…round and round, the wheels of the server, and the Niantic balloon floats up and down
