Thanks for the appeal, @lama1211! We took another look at the Wayspots in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal/adjustment at this time.
I complained about the two problematic PokéStops being duplicated in the cells, but the wayferer team refused to take action, stating that they currently do not meet the criteria for deletion or adjustment. Does this mean they won’t take action even if multiple PokéStops are intentionally created in a single cell? I’m dissatisfied with this decision. Not addressing this issue only leaves open the door for the wayferer team to exploit.
The two problematic wayspots are located at 35.235237, 128.648495 and 35.232947, 128.653601.The names of the two PokéStops in question are Changwon Sunbokgum Church and Daewon Playground. I will appeal until this issue is resolved.
The map you are using to check cells is known to often be incorrect. This map of Ingress portals no longer updates, but shows this Wayspot at a different location. The coordinates that you gave are represented by the red pin, but the Wayspot seems to be further west as indicated by the pink dot, unless it has been location corrected since May.
I have never known Niantic to acknowledge the S2 cell rules. But if they have checked the density and don’t have a problem with it, I suspect the issue is with the tool you are using to check cells. I hope we get that promised Wayfarer map soon.
I checked the cell on pogomap, not iitc. It’s currently in a different location after being modified. The main reason this PokéStop is a duplicate is that when it was moved to its correct location, it overlapped with another PokéStop that was already in the correct location. Additionally, a new PokéStop that didn’t appear in Pokémon GO before the modification appeared in the cell as it was moved to its correct location.
Pogomap is 3rd party and user-generated, thus it can be inaccurate. Right now, there isn’t an accurate map for users to check, but there is one in the works. Pogomap is ok at showing the S2 cells, but it’s not so great at showing current Wayspots in PoGo, or showing Wayspots at accurate locations, as users do not need to provide coordinates when adding a stop/gym to the map.
And being staff did check this out already and made a decision, I don’t think they’ll overturn it just because you started a new thread.
You may also need to provide additional info, such as geotagged photos of the areas, video, and/or Scaniverse splats.

If I understand you correctly the wayspots in question have moved to their correct location. With the move they appeared in a diffrent cell and this cell is already occupied by the same wayspot? Could you share a screenshot of the two identical, active wayspots (wayspot photos)? Or are there now two diffrent active wayspots in that cell? Are there sponsored wayspots?

After the move, it appeared in another cell where the pocketstop was already present before the move.
At the current location of the pocketstop at Daewon Playground, there was a pocketstop called Forena Daewon Comprehensive Endurance in the cell before moving, and although it was duplicated in the cell after moving, there is also a comprehensive guide map for Daewon Playground Pocketstop and Forena Daewon. Also, after moving the pocketstop at Daewon Playground, a new pocketstop called 101 dong rest areas appeared in the existing cell location.
And the pocketstop of the Changwon Full Gospel Church had a pocketstop called the Garden Complex 3 Shelter in Eileen, Changwon Central Park, in the cell where it was moved, which was overlapped in the same cell after the relocation but still exists together. After the relocation, a pocketstop called the Garden Complex 3 Playground in Eileen, Changwon Central Park appeared in empty cells. It’s not a sponsor pocketstop.
