Thoughts on this

It’s a noticeboard on the grounds of a village hall that is already a wayspot but the problem is that the village hall is used by a pre school on Mon, Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am-12:00am and Wednesday and Friday 9:00am-15:00pm. The village hall can also be hired out for your own uses, it’s the place for regular community events and obviously it’s the place where the parish council meets.

Here’s the location 52.831829,-1.152683

I had a quick look at the details for this village hall. It sounds fairly typical - the preschool use is larger than I would expect but otherwise a mix use location. Looking at the July calendar there wasn’t much but going back there are clearly busier times. And there are other groups that meet there.
I doesn’t feel as though the preschool should be the determining factor but it is very hard to tell from limited info available.
PS I would have taken a picture of the notice board more square on but I’m guessing it may have been reflections problem???

Yeah, you could see me in the noticeboard when taking a photo so I tried getting a photo at a slight angle but the path is small and I noticed that I was standing on the road which is a pretty busy one so I just gave up and decided to take one from the side. I’m just thinking that people will reject this as on the map it says costock playgroup and behind that it says the primary school

Well it is the old school. But most people in the UK know that sort of set up, where the old school building is not fit for that purpose but as its council owned it has a change of use to more community based.
Its clearly separate from the school and we are talking about the notice board not the village Hall

On streetview you can see a banner that says pre school on the fence and children playing. People will see that and more than likely reject it immediately without thought.

If a wayspot deserving approval and a wayspot meeting the criteria for deletion are at the same site, it will be denied.
Even if approved, the way spot will be removed.
However, if the wayspots are on the same site but have different entrances and exits or are clearly separated by a fence, they will be approved and will not be removed.

The village Hall is totally separate from the current school.
The question is about the mixed use of the Hall and the balance of that use.
