Para que eu não perca mais tempo com essa região, ainda há possibilidade de inclusão de pokestop nesse ponto? Já tenho minha segunda aprovação que não é incluída e chega a ser desanimador continuar com as sugestões.

The map (not updated since May) shows that “Igreja Assembleia de Deus” waypoint already occupies this cell.
Your nomination may…
- become a Powerspot (Dynamax / Gigantamax) depending on its proximity to other waypoints.
- replace the existing waypoint if that is removed for legitimate reasons. ***
- be used in other Scopely games.
***Do Not attempt to get a legitimate wayspot removed just to get yours on to the map. This is seen as Abuse and can lead to suspension / bans of all accounts (Wayfarer, Pokemon Go and any other Scopely games).

A grafite fica praticamente ao lado da igreja… acredito que tenha 80m de distância um do outro. Há como resolver isso?
Vejo vários locais com pokestops uma próxima da outra, às vezes até com menos de 50 metros.
Poderiam verificar?

I will put this in a separate reply than the answer about the cells. FYI, graffiti that is vandalism is not eligible. I know it had been accepted in the past in some parts of the world, but the clarification makes this clear:
The two circles you have drawn are both in a single grid (cell) on this map. Only one is eligible to be a Pokestop or gym in any level 17 S2 cell. It does look like the yellow circle would be far enough away to become a Powerspot if the nomination were accepted.
That would be much better described as a Mural not as Graffiti. There is a fairly clear distinction between the two even if sometimes things fall in the grey area between.
You could still submit it, and it would likely get accepted and become a powerspot.

Pokemon Go uses the cells to avoid an area becoming too crowded, because pokestops nearly on top of each other become hard to play with.
The system is not perfect, as you can still get a legitimate cluster of four pokestops/gyms at the corners of four cells. Also, some illegitimate clusters exists because of previous wayspots moves.
An unfortunate side effect is situations like yours. The two locations are far enough from each other that gameplay would be fine, but the second pin cannot become a pokestop or gym. The existence of powerspots helps to bring these additional locations into the game.

Don’t resubmit - it has already been accepted
Submit as a mural with an appropriate name - the wall isn’t interesting in itself but the mural definitely is.
It is not showing on streetview, so make sure your supporting photo shows the mural in context (taken from further away) so that the location can be matched to the streetview images.
If you can get information about the artist and there is a webpage showing the mural, that is very helpful.
It will not be marked as duplicate unless the mural is already in pokemon go - you can check the submission map first if you are at that location. A different location being in the game will not cause this to be marked as duplicate.

It will almost certainly come into Pokemon Go as a powerspot on rotation, so you will sometimes see it live and be able to interact with it.
