Two different objects mark as duplicate

When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:

There are two different shrines in that area: one is an approved wayspot long time ago and the other one is being rejected as duplicate wayspot.
I truly believe it’s due to the outdated Google maps since Google Street only shows one shrine at that location.

Kindly let me know it’s eligibility and what can I do to improve this nomination. We are living in rural area so every Wayspot counts and is important to us. Thank you

I believe you can appeal a duplicate through the normal appeals process.

This area is not for rejected nominations ( and a duplicate counts as a reject).

I will move this to nomination support.

Have you check if its in different s2 cells? If its that close, it might not appear in pogo even though its accepted

The normal appeal process can’t attach the photo so I thought it would be the better way to post the appeal here. Sorry for posting wrong section and thanks for helping

Approving it will surely make the wayspot appear in game

I myself have provided additional photos for appeals, just uploading them first to a 3rd party service or online drive, then providing the link in the appeal. I use Imgur, but I know others that use their Google Drive accounts or other cloud storage.

Also of note, you get 2 appeals every 15 days. Don’t know if this has been mentioned, but thought it should be.

You can wait if staff read here and overturn the decision or resubmit after a few days

You should resubmit and take photos of different angles. Reviewers are getting confused by the pineapples on the side.
