Difference btw “In voting” and “under review”
This usually freaks me out when I see it, but all it means is one of your nominations will be reviewed by a human before it goes into voting, and if the Niantic Staff love the nomination enough, they may just approve it without anyone seeing it.

Wow usually i only got those for older submission
Usually only submission from 3-4 months ago get team review. So i was under impression that niantic is manually reviewing things thats not progressing
I just got those approved.
Those from bottom 3 is from different city compared to january submission. So iam under impression that there is not enough reviewer.
I think both are true. Niantic has had something we have been calling an “old nom push” for quite a while. We started noticing it when it was at 2.5 years, then noticed that it has been creeping up to less and less time. We have seen reports on the Wayfarer Discussion Discord, that the push seems to be at around 3-4 months now. And on the other hand, we are seeing a lot of new nominations go into Niantic review. The last time we saw a lot of that happening, they did acknowledge that they were working on the ML (machine learning ai) model. So both of those are great news!
How much time it takes to approved
Do you mean if it goes into Niantic review? Those usually go very quickly. My last one was accepted the next day. But your results may vary, especially over a weekend.
Nominations taken into Niantic review can be accepted, rejected, or sent back to queue.
