You are going to have better luck resubmitting that wayspot nomination. I don’t believe Niantic has the ability to undue your withdrawal. Good luck!

As I wrote above this can’t happen soon as I will be in this place again next year so… 
So if Niantic can help would be awesome.
I would have loved to help you but withdrawn nominations are permanently retired and can’t be sent back into voting.
