Niantic recently put together some Criteria Clarification topics. I will link the one that talks about school grounds.
This makes it quite clear that school grounds/property/fields/campus etc., are not eligible for having wayspots.
If this is a school for adults (college, university, craftsmen) then items there could be eligible.
Many schools forvthose 18 and under have community ecents outside of school hours all over the world. Unfortunately, Wayspots at K-12 schools are not allowed, as they’re inappropriate locations.
K-12 schools are to be safe places for those under 18 to learn. Even if this isn’t the case where you live, many schools require those coming on the school grounds during school hours to check in at the school office, even if it’s a parent or guardian of a child. Strangers who have no reason to be at the school won’t be allowed onto school grounds by the office staff and asked to leave.
There are also the cases of people who, by a court order, are required to stay away from school areas. Many times these people have been convicted of a crime, sometimes involving children, or their children go to school still and they no longer have any custody rights. This is why many school during school hours require guests to check-in at the office, as the school staff makes sure to protect the children from any harm.
If Niantic allowed Wayspots at K-12 schools and a player was playing at one of these Wayspots, it could be an issue that ends up in court, legal and/or civil, and Niantic doesn’t want to be involved in anything like that.
I glad that Niantic staff did review your nominations, and I agree with them that reviewing Wayspots criteria to better understand what is and isn’t eligible would be a good thing to do. Keep in mind that criteria changes over time, so you may see some Wayspots that no longer meet criteria still around. Here’s the link again:
Also, your review community will be others from where you live and surrounding areas, so the majority will also understand Thai, but they, too, must follow the criteria set by Niantic when reviewing, as well as when submitting new Wayspot nominations. Wayspot criteria is applied globally and is not specific to any one part of the world.
There is also the AI system, referred to as Machine Learning or ML, that makes many decisions on new Wayspot nominations, and it’s programed to follow criteria. It’s also programed to know pretty much every language, and I don’t think it has an issue with understanding Thai.

Any reason why Niantic are happy to have Powerspots at Nurseries/Daycare centres for under 5’s and schools for 5-15 year olds were added to India?
I think you’d have to ask the PoGo team as to why they like to use bad data from bad map sources. Plus, they can be reported for removal.
Also, not the issue at hand.
I don’t think I’d get an answer.
The Pogo team are still Niantic as are the staff here with Niantic in their usernames. Do you think it’s beneficial or detrimental to us to departmentalise the various teams or do you think doing so ultimately benefits Niantic?
You can report any locations that you believe are ineligible.
If I do that for India I’ll be dead before I’m finished
Report the ones you can and if you wish. They don’t expect you to do it all alone.

Thank you for providing some information and context.
I can see why you are feeling frustrated.
You are correct the feedback doesn’t do enough to help you improve. You thought you were submitting according to the criteria the other clues you get as to why something is rejected don’t always help.
It’s very routine for people to post here asking for help to understand what is going wrong.
You can reduce some of that by perhaps seeking advice at an earlier stage?
It is tricky when there are distinct cultural differences. But we all have to work to those rules and guidelines even if locally they don’t fit with what we expect.
The classic example is the difference in approach to a school. Unfortunately this is one of the few hard rules.
The reviewer pool for your nominations will be dominated by people in your country. Those reviewers, who are fellow wayfinders, are doing the right thing by sticking to the rules.
We will happily work with you to help you focus your efforts on the potential wayspots that are eligible so that your experience becomes less frustrating.

同じオブジェクト、よく見掛けるオブジェクトを投稿しても否認される。 同じ審査員が審査していないという理由からであれば、それは「審査員ガチャ」に他ならず、異議申し立て、運営は、それを是正する為にあふのではないですか？ それも不明確な難癖をつけて却下される。
そもそも「ウェイファーラー基準」という否認理由が明確ではないのです。
私も、この方同様、個人的に否認され、公平ではないとも、ずっと感じています。
特に審査システムが変わって以降、こういった「同じ物なのに」「こちらの方が相応しいのに否認され、意味の無い、価値の無い物が承認される」ケースが非常に多いです。
基準の見直し、審査員の質の悪さを是正、見直しをお願いしたい。
